These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website and all sales conditions at our box office of VZW ICE SKATING POSEIDON, registered office at Dapperenlaan 4, 1200 Brussels, company number 0425422796, VAT-exempt, hereinafter referred to as ICE SKATING POSEIDON.
Our general terms and conditions always apply when making reservations or purchasing tickets, or booking events (e.g. ice hockey, birthday parties or others). Every order placed via our website implies an obligation to pay. Our website was created by ICE SKATING POSEIDON in collaboration with the company nuvoleo BV and is maintained by ice skating Poseidon. Our customers may view and print free of charge all available information for their own use, but never for commercial purposes.
The working language for all orders or reservations is Dutch and French. If desired, the customer can always contact ICE SKATING POSEIDON via info@skate-poseidon.be.
By placing an order or making a reservation the customer declares himself capable of doing business.
We advise minors to always be assisted by an adult or their legal guardian.We reserve the right to modify or adapt these terms and conditions to changed circumstances or legal provisions without any prior notice at any time. Should one or more parts of these terms and conditions not be in accordance with current legislation, all other parts not covered by this legislation will remain applicable. For anything not covered by these general terms and conditions, only Belgian law shall apply. In case of dispute, only the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction.
Our activities have a sporting character and participation in our activities is always at your own risk. It is always up to the customer to decide whether to participate in the activities. Ice skating Poseidon does everything possible to provide an environment as safe as possible. Ice skating Poseidon is in no way liable for damage, loss or theft to property or damage to persons (participants or third parties). Ice skating Poseidon has insurance BA in case Ice skating Poseidon is held liable for any damage to property or persons due to negligence. Possible injuries resulting from your participation are covered through your normal health insurance and for possible damage to goods or persons you are protected through your ‘family’ insurance.
Individual tickets are valid only on the day of purchase, and only during the public skating session for which they were purchased.
It is not possible to leave the rink during a skating session.
When purchasing admission tickets that therefore reserve a place for a specific skate or ice rental, the customer does not have a right of withdrawal. Each purchase is valid only on the date and time chosen by the customer. Redemptions or exchanges to another time are not possible.
All group rates are valid only upon reservation (mandatory reservation for groups of 20 skaters or more). Group rates are possible as of 15 people.
Group reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Actions and promotional formulas can never be combined or extended beyond the date indicated on the discount voucher.
If the customer pays with a discount voucher (of any form), the value of which is greater than the total of the order for which the voucher is used, no refund of the difference is possible.
12-turn tickets have a validity date and this must be respected and are not name-bound. They are valid during all public skating turns with the exception of special nights where the fee is higher than that of public skating during normal turns.
There is no possibility of replacement if the card is damaged, lost or stolen. The 12-turn cards never include skate rentals.
Subscriptions are strictly personal.
All annual subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
However, in case of loss, damage or theft, there is the possibility of replacement upon presentation of proof of identity.
Orders are accepted only after providing the necessary identification data, and while supplies last. The customer is fully responsible for the correctness of the identification data provided by him/her (including telephone number, postal address, e-mail address, VAT or company number). The customer is expected to complete the entire sales or reservation process on the website, as well as the payment process (if any).
The person on whose behalf the reservation is made will be considered solely responsible for this reservation and its payment.

Ice Skating Poseidon takes all acceptable technical and organizational security measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information. However, additional measures such as a specialized firewall to protect all data traffic from external intrusions, provided and maintained by nuvoleo BV, are in place.
In accordance with the GTC, you have the following rights as a customer/supplier:

Ice Skating Poseidon VZW reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, an updated version will in such case be made available to Ice Skating Poseidon VZW customers/suppliers on the Ice Skating Poseidon website.
1. Every person entering the rink must pay an entrance-fee and be in posession of a valid ID. Card. This card is also required for renting skates. The management has the right to refuse access if required. Parents who do not skate and are accompanying their children have free access.
2. The rink can not be held responsible in case of accidents, theft ,deterioration of any kind.
3. Leaving the premises temporarily can only be done with the agreement of the management.This is never allowed having skates on.
4. Only teachers admitted by the managment are allowed to give skating lessons.

8. When signal is given the ice surface must be cleared in order to clean the ice.
